This service is for individuals who have previous injuries, need a more hands on approach, and are interested in a more customized experience. The pace and intensity of these sessions are solely based off of your personal fitness level, goals, and needs. If your need to spice up your fitness routine, don’t know your way around the gym, or struggle with staying committed to your fitness goals - this opinion is just for you.
These sessions are for people who want to join a fitness community, and work on their personal goals within a group setting. This is an educational environment that allows you to gain the practical experience while receiving coaching. They will be using Barbells specifically during the class. You get full instruction on how to perform each lift properly. Everyone’s starting point is dependent on their fitness level.
Receive 1:1 coaching to help you hit your daily goals. Take a day-by-day, step-by-step approach to crushing your long term goals. It’s normal to get in a rut sometimes, and it really helps to have someone helping you set realistic, manageable, and achievable goals.
The first month is more involved, and you will be speaking with me almost daily (10-15 min calls).
You will receive FREE access to my 30 Day Habit Changer fitness program.
We will largely work on the following:
- Goal setting
- Planning
- Execution of Plan
- Reward system
The months after will simply serve as check-ins until we approach a time to set another big goal!
